Dahlia's Rack of Lamb Recipe

Ingredients:  1 head of garlic, cloves peeled 1/4 cup rosemary leaves 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 racks of lamb, frenched (2 pounds each) Salt and freshly ground pepper Directions: Step 1     In a mini food processor, combine the garlic, rosemary and olive oil and process until the garlic is finely chopped. Season the lamb racks with salt and pepper and rub the garlic-rosemary oil all over them. Set the racks fat side up on a large rimmed baking sheet and let stand for 1 hour. Step 2     Preheat the oven to 450°. Roast the lamb in the upper third of the oven for 15 minutes. Turn the racks and roast for 10 minutes longer for medium-rare meat. Transfer the racks to a carving board, stand them upright and let rest for 10 minutes. Step 3     Carve the racks in between the rib bones and transfer to plates. Dahlia's Peach Upside Down Cake recipe

Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 1/2-2 cups sliced, pitted and peeled peaches or frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed and large slices cut in half lengthwise 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup milk *****I use this same recipe when making pineapple upside down cake also**** Directions: Place 1/4 cup butter in an 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Warm in a 350 degrees F oven about 5 minutes or until butter is melted. (Be sure to watch carefully to avoid overbrowning the butter). Remove pan from oven. Add brown sugar, stirring until sugar is completely moistened. Spread sugar mixture evenly in pan. Arrange peach slices evenly over brown sugar mixture. Set aside. Dahlia's Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 24 ounces broccoli florets* 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 1 green onion, thinly sliced FOR THE SAUCE 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon Sriracha, optional ****I use this sauce on all of the Asian dishes I make.  I added it to my stir fry, I use it without the cornstarch as a dipping sauce and marinating sauce**** DIRECTIONS: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch and Sriracha, if using; set aside. Celine's Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients: 4-5 peeled and cubed apples 3/4 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup oatmeal 1/2 tsp cinnamon (I like to put more in mine!!!) 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup melted butter Directions: 1. Place apples in a greased 9x9inch baking dish 2.  Sprinkle a small about of cinnamon and nutmeg on top and rub into the apple cubes 3.  Blend together the remaining ingredients without the butter at first and then add the butter and mix together 4.  Crumble handfulls of the oatmeal mix over the apples 5.  Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes (or until the topping is golden brown) We LOVE to eat this warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!

Dahlia's Oatmeal/Ginger Muffin Recipe

Ingredients: 2 large ripe Bananas (mashed)  1/2 cup Milk  1/2 cup Greek Yogurt 2 tablespoons fresh Ginger (grated; juice retained)  1 tablespoon Molasses or honey  1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract  1/2 cup Rolled Oats  2 cups Oat Flour  2 teaspoons Baking Powder  1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (*do not add sugar if you're adding chocolate chips) 1/2 teaspoon Salt  1 teaspoon Cinnamon  **chocolate chips Coconut Oil to grease muffin tray, I used cupcake wrappers  Directions: 1.  Preheat oven to 365 degrees F. Lightly grease a muffin tin and set aside.  In a small bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, yogurt, ginger juice, grated ginger, molasses and vanilla extract.  2.
