Ingredients:
-2 lb pack of ground beef (you DON'T want it to be lean because you want some of the fat)
-1 large onion, grated
-salt
-pepper
-cumin
-a few dashes of Maggie (chicken boullion) powder
-1 can tomato paste
-water (fill empty can and stir)
Directions:
1. Grate onion in a pot on the stove and add crumbled ground beef over it.
2. Cook ground beef while stirring and adding salt, pepper, a few dashes of Maggie, and cumin.
3. After 10 minutes, add the tomato paste and stir. Refill the empty tomato paste can with water and stir a little, then add to the ground beef mixture and stir. Leave to simmer for another 12 minutes on medium heat.

Ingredients:
-5 pound Bag Of Potatoes, peeled, halved, and gutted
-2 pounds Ground Beef, See Safia's Ground Beef Recipe above
-1/2 stick of Butter, melted
-1/2 tsp Pepper
-1 tsp Salt
-1 can Tomato Paste, mixed with
-some chicken broth or water
Directions:
1. Refer to Safia’s ground beef recipe and have that ready aside first.

2. Peel potatoes, cut them in half, and carve the inside of the potato out. Keep the potato carvings. Place potatoes and carvings inside a bowl of salted water to keep it from changing color. Drain once you're ready to start cooking.
3. In a large pan, melt the butter and slightly fry the potatoes and carvings for 10 minutes over the stovetop.
4. Place potato and butter mixture into a large baking tray. Place potatoes in the tray with
the carved side facing up and all the carvings underneath and spread around the tray.
5. Fill each potato with 1 tablespoon of ground beef.
6. Pour tomato paste mixed with some butter and chicken broth or water and some salt and pepper over top the potatoes.
7. The broth and tomato paste mixture should be enough to cover 3/4 of the potatoes.
8. Cover with foil and leave in the oven on 350 degrees for 30 minutes..
9. Remove foil and put on broil for at least 10 minutes or until golden.
NOTES:
-peel the potatoes last because potatoes will change colour
-do NOT stir the potatoes while in the oven.
