Ingredients:
2. Pour noodles in a large bowl
3. Beat eggs and mix together with evaporated milk
4. Mix onions, cream of mushroom, and cheese into milk and egg mixture
5. Pour over the noodles and mix together, add squeeze of mustard and stir in shredded carrots. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
6. Bake at 350 degrees until it starts to brown on top (usually around 15 minutes)
7. Near the end of the baking time, sprinkle the extra cheese on top
