Directions:
1. Whisk all eggs together.
2. Sautee the veggies in butter in a pan over the stove. Add seasoning to the veggies (salt, pepper, montreal veggie spice). Allow to cool.
3. Mix water and flour into the whisked eggs and then add the veggies to the mix.
4. Add shredded cheese to the mix and stir all together.
5. Use a small ladle to fill muffin circles ¾ full.
6. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until eggs are cooked. When finished turn oven off and allow to cool a little in the oven (the eggs will begin to deflate).
