Ingredients:
6 leaves Callalou, chopped
1 whole Seasoning Pepper, halved
1 leaf Shadow Benny, chopped
½ small Onion, chopped
2 small pieces Pumpkin
1 sprig Thyme
1 clove Garlic, chopped
½ tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Cream Of Coconut
¼ cup Water With Salt And Pepper, to taste
½ Crab
4 pieces Okra
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a pot and boil over medium heat for about 30 minutes (20 minutes if you are not using crab)
2. Do NOT stir the pot
3. Half way through cooking, add 4 okra pieces to the pot
4. If you want it a little soupy, pour into the blender and blend for a few seconds.
