Denise's Stew Pea Recipe



Ingredients:
1 can Pigeon Peasboiled
¼ Onionchopped
2 cloves Garlicchopped
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 whole Seasoning Pepperhalved
¼ piece Salt Fishhalved
¼ cup Pumpkingrated
2 pinches Black Pepper
3 Cloves
2 pinches Curry Powder
2 pinches Mrs. Dash Seasoning
2 pinches Adobo Seasoning
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cream Of Coconut
2 Green Onionschopped
1 Bouillon Cube


Directions:
1. Boil stew peas in water
2. Add ¼ of a chopped onion
3. 2 chopped cloves of garlic
4. 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
5. 1 whole seasoning pepper sliced in half

6. Less than half of a salt fish to add flavor
7. ¼ cup of grated pumpkin to the boiling water
8. Cover and let boil on medium heat for 10 minutes
9.when it boils down, add more water to just cover the peas
10. Add 2 pinches of black pepper
11. Add 3 cloves
12. Add 2 pinches of curry powder
13. 2 pinches of Mrs. Dash
14. 2 pinches of adobo
15. 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
16. 1 teaspoon of cream of coconut
16. Gently stir, cover, and let simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes
17. When it boils down again, add a little more water and continue to
allow it to simmer
18. Add 2 chopped green onions
19. Add 1 bouillon cube and let simmer for another 10 minutes
