Ingredients:
-Thinly sliced chicken breasts
-Eggs
-Milk (a little bit)
-Breadcrumbs
-Flour
-Spices mixture (Montreal spice, roasted pepperspice, lemon spice, a little bit of garlic paste, some vinegar)
Directions:
1. Thinly slice chicken breasts (very thin).
2. Mix eggs, milk and the spice mixture together.
3. Add chicken and let marinate for 1/2 hour. (Tip: make sure the marinade is not watery).
4. Dip each slice of chicken breast into the flour/breadcrumb mixture.
5. Fry chicken (deep fryer or pan on the stove)
Tip: Ferial also uses this marinade and method for making boufteak (chicken-fried steak).
