Ingredients:
-1 cup of Lentils 4 cups of water
-2 med size carrots (chopped)
-3 celery stalks chopped
-3/4 cup thin noodles(shaaraya)
-1 tb s of butter/oil
-1 cup of water
-1 tsp dry coriander
-3 cloves of chopped garlic
Directions:
1. Combine lentils, carrots, celery, and water in a pot and add 2 cubes of Knor Swiss C hicken Bouillon.
2. Let it come to a boil then lower heat to medium/low for about 45 to 60 min.
3. When it is almost done, in another pot put tbs of butter or oil and add noodles to it. When it starts to be golden in colour, add the garlic and the coriander and mix together
4. Add a cup of water until it is almost cooked then add to the 3ats (lentil) soup and have it cook together for about 10 min.
