Ingredients:
1. Put the tbsp of yeast in a cup and add the warm water. Stir the yeast into the water and add the ½ tsp of sugar and stir.
2. Pour 5 cups of flour into a mixing bowl. Make a hole into the center of the flower with your hand.
3. Pour melted butter into the hole and then add all the dry ingredients into the hole also. Mix together with hands.
4. Add the water, yeast, and sugar mixture. Continue to mix with hands.
5. Knead dough with your hands and then leave it to set for 15 minutes. Place a towel overtop to cover the dough.
6. Make one in the oven to test it first.
7. Roll cookies into small circles. Make marking on the top using a fork to cover the surface of each cookie.
8. Place in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees.
9. When they are cooled, put in a plate and sprinkle powdered sugar overtop.
