Ingredients:
6 Chicken Breasts
1 White Onion, chopped
1 White Onion, grated
2 Tbsp Samna Baladee, Ghee
1 Tbsp Salt And Pepper, to taste
1⁄4 cup Vegetable Oil
3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
3 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a baking dish.
2. Add grated and chopped onions over the top.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of samna baladee.
4. Add salt and pepper and 1⁄4 cup of oil.
5. Mix in 3 tablespoons of tomato paste. Mix by hand.
6. Place 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt over the top. Mix by hand.
7. Place covered in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked.
