Ingredients:
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Butter
15 sticks Okra, fresh
1 can Tomato Paste, mixed with some water
1 Lemon, juiced
Salt, Pepper, And Cumin, to taste
Directions:
1. Wash and cut the ends off the okra.
2. Cut the okra into 3 pieces.
3. Place the okra in a pot with butter and stir gently until okra has browned.
4. Add can of tomato sauce and fill the can with water and add to the pot. Stir tomato paste and water thoroughly to create a sauce.
5. Add lemon, salt, pepper, and cumin.
