Ingredients;
1 whole Head Of Cabbage, boiled
3 cups Rice
1 bunch Parsley, chopped
1 bunch Dill, chopped
1-2 cans Tomato Paste, mixe with some water
1 Tbsp Salt, Pepper, And Cumin
1 Tbsp Mint, fresh or dried
1 large can Crushed Tomato
1 whole White Onion, grated
½ cup Vegetable Oil
½ stick Butter
1 cube Maggie Or Real Chicken Broth
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (except cabbage leaves and rice) into a bowl together. Boil head of cabbage with some salt and cumin.
2. Line the bottom of a large cooking pot with the stems of the parsley, dill, and grape leaves.
3. Microwave the mixture for 3 minutes to melt the ingredients. Mix together with hands afterwards.
4. Add in 3 cups of rice.
5. Boil the cabbage leaves or boil in some water for 3 minutes.
6. Roll rice mixture into cabbage leaves and place into pot tightly together.
7. Pour can of tomato paste and water mixture over grape leaves until it covers the top of the cabbage leaves in the pot.
8. Boil at medium heat. After it boils, turn stove to low heat.
9. Boil entirely with the lid on.
