Ingredients:
1 large White Onion, chopped into medium size chunks
1 large Tomato, chopped into medium size chunks
3 Tbsp Cumin
3 Tbsp Salt And Pepper
2 Lemons, juiced
10 female Blue Crabs
Directions:
1. Clean the crabs by placing them in the sink and running water over them. Pour some lemon juice or vinegar over them to help clean them.
2. Turn stove onto high heat and place all the crabs in a large pot and put on stove.
3. Throw onions and tomatoes over the crabs and then add all the remaining ingredients.
4. Place a tight lid over the crabs. Using potholders, hold the lid tightly down with both hands and shake the pot up and down to help mix the ingredients.
5. Allow crabs to steam for 20 minutes.
