Ingredients:
3 Cucumbers With Edible Skin, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, sliced into medium size chunks
2 sprigs Mint, fresh
2 cups White Vinegar
1⁄2 cup Water
2 tsp Salt
Directions:
1. Slice all of the cucumbers and garlic and place in a bowl.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir.
3. Add more salt/vinegar to taste.
