Ingredients:
1 pound Squid Rings (Calamari)
1 pound Shrimp, peeled
1 can Tomotoes, diced
1 Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, chopped
Olive Oil
Italian Spices
Oregano
Basil
Salt And Pepper
Pasta Or Rice
Directions:
1. Defrost the Calamari rings and shrimp and rinse them with water
2. Place the Calamari rings and shrimp on a pan on the stove, keep stirring until all the water evaporates
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, keep stirring until the onions and garlic are yellow
4. Add the diced tomatoes to the onions and garlic, add salt and pepper, oregano, basil, and Italian spices
5. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes
6. Add the Calamari rings and shrimp, cook on low heat for another 20 to 30 minutes
7. Boil the pasta or make white rice
8. Serve on top of pasta or rice
