Seham's Goulash Recipe

Ingredients:
-Shredded Mozzarella cheese
-package Filo sheets
-1/2 Ib butter
-1 cup milk
-1 egg

Directions:

1.Defrost the phyllo sheets . Melt the butter and remove from the heat.

2.Place two sheets of the phyllo sheets on the pan (13''x17'' pan), brush these two sheets with some melted butter.

3.Continue placing sheets and brushing with butter until half of the sheets is done..

4.Spread the shredded Mozzarella on the sheets.

5.Continue placing sheets on top and brushing with butter till the other half is done..

6.Cut these sheets into squares..

7.Place 1 egg in a cup of milk, stir to mix well..

8.Add the milk to the pan..
9.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

10.Place the pan in the oven

11.Bake until golden (around 1/2 hour )
